RASARIO offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items that are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that custom-made pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact and all tags are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
